At Sahaa Beautycare, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 4-day return and exchange policy for all our cosmetic products.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 4 days of delivery if they meet the conditions listed below.

COD Orders
- Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit only.
Important Guidelines
- Unboxing Video: To ensure smooth processing of returns or exchanges, please record an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon opening.
- Return Proof: When handing over the product to the delivery partner, record a video as proof of return.
Hassle-Free Returns
We understand that preferences can change. If you don’t like the product’s texture, color, or suitability, you can return it—no questions asked!
- A nominal handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted for returns handled by us.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact.
- Items that are tampered with or damaged post-delivery will not be eligible for returns.
How It Works
Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange
Email us at info@beoman.in or click here. Include:
- Full Name
- Order ID
- Reason for Return/Exchange
Step 2: Schedule a Pickup or Courier It
Choose our return pickup service, which takes 10–12 working days, or send the item to our address.
Step 3: Quality Check
The returned product will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets return eligibility. Approved returns will proceed to refunds or exchanges.
Exchange Policy
You can opt for an alternative product if you'd like.
- For higher-value replacements, pay the difference.
- For lower-value replacements, the balance will be issued as store credit.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds
Refunds are processed within 6–8 working days for:
- Prepaid Orders
- Items not purchased during sales or markdowns.
COD Refunds
COD refunds are offered as store credit equivalent to the order value.
Store Credit
Store credits will be added to your account automatically and can be applied at checkout. For assistance, contact info@beoman.in.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Products purchased on clearance or discount sales.
- Items that are opened, used, or not in original condition.
