RETURN & REFUND POLICY

REFUND:

Your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.

BE O MAN will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.

EXCHANGE:

> Exchange is only allowed on the same product.

> Product should be intact and unused.

> Exchange will be allowed only once.

> Please ensure MRP tags are intact.
